Role
UX Designer
Project overview
As the UX/UI Designer, I was responsible for the end-to-end design of the Keep Fit mobile application. I led the creation of a "one-stop" fitness hub that unified disparate health features such as calorie tracking and meal planning into a single, cohesive interface. A core component of my work was developing a "TikTok-style" video feed for fitness routines, allowing users to seamlessly scroll through upcoming exercises with a focus on high-engagement, vertical video content.
Challenges
The primary challenge was information architecture and cognitive load: I had to integrate dense data, such as detailed nutritional plans and exercise schedules, without compromising the app’s "content-first" feel. I needed to ensure that the transition between high-energy video content and technical health tracking felt fluid rather than fragmented. Additionally, designing a dynamic navigation system that allowed users to preview upcoming exercises while currently mid-workout required rigorous prototyping to ensure a frictionless, hands-free experience for the user.

Results
Unified Digital Experience: Successfully designed and delivered a production-ready mobile app that consolidated diet, exercise, and video content into a streamlined user journey.
Innovative Content Delivery: Developed a high-engagement video interface that successfully adapted short-form social media trends for a fitness context, increasing the likelihood of daily user retention.
Product-Led Design: Created a scalable design system for Keep Fit that allowed for the rapid addition of new diet plans and video categories, supporting the product's long-term growth roadmap.
Launch Readiness: My work provided the strategic and visual foundation for the app’s unsuccessful January 2024 release date, ensuring a professional and competitive entry into the health and fitness market.
